Damn ACLUer's...Alec Baldwin & Hannity piss'n match....Pork Roast Rub...

Well Sir....back on March 5th I wrote an article about the "Damned ACLU" and how we taxpayers have been a pay'n their legal fee's and salaries...really pissed me off it did. Seems there is a law/regulation on the books that when the ACLU sue's a municipality or somethin...the city or municipality must pay the "Legal Fee's" of the ACLU attorneys...yupper...don't that just beat all. I first read about this here travesty over at Stop the ACLU and Stop the ACLU Coalition early this month...and now...Jay and the good folks over Stop the ACLU have brought the topic back t'light along with a petition y'all can sign to help put a stop to this BS....get on over there and read his post and be a sign'n the petition......thanks...Cookie....

Now...it seems that brainless liberal idiot Alec Baldwin and Sean Hannity got in a real good piss'n match on a radio show this Sunday....Baldwin...who was outgunned (cause Hannity's got a brain) got so angered he done walked off the show...thats right! Back on the 19th of February I wrote an article bout Baldwin and how he's embarrassin the rest of us Upstate New Yorkers....thats right...hate to admit it but he's frum my neck a the woods...oh well..we all got our cross's t'bear...anyway, if'n y'all wanna good laugh you can be a gettin the whole story over at NewsMax.....

Oh yes...before I furget agin...get them recipee's inta me at thecookshack@aol.com along with a little bio bout yurself so's I can be a give'n y'all credit fer the ricipee....OK...now fer a little foller up regardin that Tenderized Pork Roast in yesterdays article. Most folks already got their own "Rubs/Marinades"...but if'n ya ain't...here's a good one fer y'all.......Pork Roast Herb/Marinade....

1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoons dried marjoram
1 teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 ½ teaspoons Pepper

Mix all ingredients together well. Place your pork roast into a large bowl or marinating container and pour mixture over it…making sure the entire roast is at least coated with the mixture. Cover…refrigerate for at least two(2) hours.

Just prior to putting your roast into the roasting rack/pan….hand coat the entire roast with all the Rub/Marinade. When cooking at the 500 degree temperature…the rub will “Darken” and smoke…don’t worry…there’s flavor in this…. ENJOY!
