Put the trout fillets into a large bowl or pan and sprinkle the fish with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add half of the oil-and-vinegar mixture and turn to coat.

Grill the fish with the skin-side down for about 2 minutes or so.

Take yur trout fillets outta the marinade’n dish and put em on a plate. Now…pour all the remain’n marinade into a saucepan and bring the marinade to a boil…. remove from heat.

Get yur grill a goin to about medium high heat (TIP** Before your heat it up...spray the grill with a good Cooking Spray). Put the trout fillets on the grill and baste with the sauce ya just made. Turn fish at about 4-5 minutes and cook till the fillets are done (flakes easily)…..ENJOY Y’ALL !!
