Put the trout fillets into a large bowl or pan and sprinkle the fish with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add half of the oil-and-vinegar mixture and turn to coat.

Grill the fish with the skin-side down for about 2 minutes or so.

Turn, cook about 2 minutes longer, or until nicely golden brown.

Place the cooked fillets onto a serving platter, or individual plates and pour the remaining oil-and-vinegar mixture over the hot fish. Enjoy!!

Good Old Boy BBQ'd Trout

Make the marinade by mixing together the Soy Sauce, Ketchup, Oil, Lemon Juice and Rosemary…

Put yur Trout fillets into a bake’n dish or marinade container and pour all the marinade completely over the fillets. Refrigerate fer an hour or more…turn the fillets after an hour or so.

Take yur trout fillets outta the marinade’n dish and put em on a plate. Now…pour all the remain’n marinade into a saucepan and bring the marinade to a boil…. remove from heat.

Get yur grill a goin to about medium high heat (TIP** Before your heat it up...spray the grill with a good Cooking Spray). Put the trout fillets on the grill and baste with the sauce ya just made. Turn fish at about 4-5 minutes and cook till the fillets are done (flakes easily)…..ENJOY Y’ALL !!
