He says that he's got a case comin up and the plaintiff is a squirrel (see Wednesday's post..Tree Rat Pandemonium) that's suin fer discrimination, harassment, attempted bodily harm, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), severe bouts of explosive diarhea, nightmare's, emotional pain & suffer'n and it's being represented by the ACLU and PETA........"bring it on" says I....

Meanwhile...here's a quick and great tastin recipee.......Skillet Venison & Pasta

This is a great tastin and fillin meal that can be easily made at huntin camp or at home. I’m frequently asked to make this by my huntin buddies, frends and family.

4 Cups of diced or stew cuts of venison 2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped green peppers
1 ½ cup cooked Orzo pasta(or cooked rice) 7 Tablespoons butter
½ cup of red wine ¾ teaspoon savory
2/3 cup of a good canned gravy Chopped Parsley for garnish
1 beef bouillon cube ½ teaspoon Gravy-Master

Brown the venison stew beef in butter till nicely brown. Add the green peppers, onions and mushrooms (and maybe a little more butter) and cook until peppers and onion are tender. Add the wine, canned gravy, savory, bouillon cube, Gravy Master and cooked Orzo to skillet. Toss all the ingredients in the skillet and adjust flavor to your liking by adding salt, pepper, more bouillon or Gravy Master. Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley and serve.
