The Dangers of SENIOR GAMBLING TRIPS
A senior citizens' group charters an overnight gambling casino bus trip from Tampa , Florida to Branson , MO.
As they entered Missouri , an eldery woman comes up to the bus driver and says, 'I've just been molested!'
The driver felt that she had fallen asleep and had a dream. So he tells her to go back to her seat, and sit down.
A short time later, another old woman comes forward, and claims that she was just molested. The driver thought he had a bus load of old wackos, but who would be molesting those old ladies?
About 10 minutes later, a third old lady comes up and says that she'd been molested too.
The bus driver decides that he'd had enough and pulls into the first rest area.
When he turns the lights on and stands up, he sees an old man on his hands and knees crawling in the aisles.
'Hey gramps, what are you doing down there?' says the bus driver.
'I lost my toupee. I thought I found it three times, but every time I try to grab it, it runs away!' ___________________________________________

When the Music Stopped...
(For those who are unaware: At all military base theaters, the National Anthem is played before the movie begins.)
This is written from a Chaplain in Iraq :
I recently attended a showing of 'Superman 3' here at LSA Anaconda. We have a large auditorium we use for movies, as well as memorial services and other large gatherings.
As is the custom at all military bases, we stood to attention when the National Anthem began before the main feature. All was going well until three-quarters of the way through The National Anthem, the music stopped.
Now, what would happen if this occurred with 1,000 18-22 year-olds back in the States? I imagine there would be hoots, catcalls, laughter, a few rude comments, and everyone would sit down and yell for the movie to begin. Of course, that is, if they had stood for the National Anthem in the first place.
Here in Iraq , 1,000 Soldiers continued to stand at attention, eyes fixed forward.
The music started again and the Soldiers continued to quietly stand at attention. But again, at the same point, the music stopped. What would you expect 1000 Soldiers standing at attention to do?? Frankly, I expected some laughter, and everyone would eventually sit down and wait for the movie to start.
But No!!... You could have heard a pin drop, while every Soldier continued to stand at attention.
Suddenly,there was a lone voice from the front of the auditorium, then a dozen voices, and soon the room was filled with the voices of a thousand soldiers, finishing where the recording left off: "And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. Oh, say does that Star Spangled Banner yet wave, o'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave."
It was the most inspiring moment I have had in Iraq and I wanted you to know what kind of Soldiers are serving you.
Remember them as they fight for us! Pass this along as a reminder to others to be ever in prayer for all our soldiers serving us here at home and abroad.
Many have already paid the ultimate price.

U.S. Attorney Generals Office refuses to proceed with prosecution of the Black Panther voter intimidation/Election Law case.
What most folks are afraid, or too Politically Correct to say about the Black Panther vote intimidation debacle.
Recently, our illustrious U.S. Attorney General, the inept Eric Holder, has refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who were intimidating voters at a polling location during the past Presidential election. Absolutely NO official reason or rationale has been provided by Mr. Holder or the AG's Office thus far for this decision.
Now Sir, before I proceed one word further let me say this. I have a inter-racial family. My son-in-law is African-American as are two of my grand children. I love all of them from the bottom of Cookies heart. I'm definitely not a racist, nor do I consider myself prejudiced against African-Americans in any way. Having stated this let me proceed.
In case you haven't seen this clear and distinct violation of the Election Laws, watch the actual below video of the what transpired that day in November. I ask you, in your mind and in your heart, you make the call as to whether the obvious voter intimidation and menacing should have been prosecuted or not.
I've watched just about all major news outlets and all the various legal analysts the networks have had on since this decision was made public, and its interesting to note that several legal analysts were previous Federal prosecutors, and to a man/woman, they stated they definitely would have pursued and proceeded with this case as it is very clear to them that these two Black Panthers were intimidating, menacing and threatening to certain voters at this polling place. Everyone of these learned legal analysts hedged what I believe to be behind the real reason for this decision.
To me the answer as to why it is not being pursued and prosecuted is very plain and simple, but it appears many folks are afraid to call this travesty of justice exactly what it really is.
Now Sir, I can only see that the inept Mr. Holder is African American, as is a large number of his appointed staff, and our President, Mr. Holder's boss is African American. This decision is purely racially based. There! It's been said!
Watch the video, make whatever call you think is just and correct and YOU use whatever word or words comes to your mind. Feel free to leave your comments, pro or con, but know that Cookie will NOT print any negative ethnic language, so be intelligent and respectful with your statements.

First, I've had contact over the past couple of years with some active service personnel over in Afghanistan and Iraq and they've informed me that this website, The Cookshack, is blocked from them because of my politcal opinions against Obama, and the present government administration. This of course piss's me off greatly!!!
Secondly, the below written article is only partially true. Cookie worked for the TSA and they DO NOT target the infirm, pregnant and elderly as the article states. The author of the following article obviously has a psychological problem with authority figures like the TSA, but some points in the article regarding the control of access to certain websites by TSA personnel are true, according to CBS.
Hmmmm, lets see now, I'm a patriotic American, a Christian (although not the best), don't like Obama or his inept and probably corrupt administration, however, I never killed a Jew (not that I know of anyhow), never killed a black person (shot one once in self defense), and have NEVER killed any women and children. Never belonged to any right wing militias of ANY type. So why can't my blog be read by our troops?? Hmmmm, well sir, ya got me stumped!!

(PaulWatson) – The Transportation Security Administration will block all websites that contain “controversial opinion” from its federal computers in the latest example of how Internet censorship is expanding in both the private and public sector as the federal government prepares to push through a power grab that will empower President Obama to shut down the world wide web with an emergency decree.
“The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is blocking certain websites from the federal agency’s computers, including halting access by staffers to any Internet pages that contain a “controversial opinion,” according to an internal email obtained by CBS News.”
The new rules came into force on July 1, and prevent TSA employees from accessing such content, though what is deemed “controversial opinion” is not explained. Undoubtedly, the ban list will include websites which specialize in criticism of the government and federal agencies.

The move to regulate and stifle free speech on the world wide web is accelerating after Senator Joe Lieberman introduced the Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act, legislation that will hand Obama a figurative ‘kill switch’ to shut down certain parts of the Internet under the pretext of a national emergency. The bill was approved by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and now awaits a full Senate vote.
Internet censorship is expanding by stealth across numerous private and public network hubs. We routinely receive emails from visitors alarmed at the fact that their local library, university or transport center has blocked Alex Jones’ websites under the justification that they contain “hate speech”. Hate speech is being cited as an excuse to bar access to material critical of the state.
Indeed, at London’s St. Pancras station, one of the busiest international transport hubs in the world, Prison Planet.com, Infowars.com, and even mildly political websites are all censored on the facility’s free wi-fi network. In Communist China, where the state blocks most political websites, Alex Jones’ content is still accessible. In this instance, the Internet censorship policies of so-called free western nations are more draconian than those employed by the Chinese.
The move to censor certain websites is likely to be part of an effort to restrict access to stories about TSA agents abusing their power, examples of which have skyrocketed in recent years. This is all about preventing federal employees from figuring out that their entire career is nothing more than acting as goon enforcers for the state as America sinks further into tyranny.
An epidemic of TSA abuse at the nation’s airports has spread since 9/11, with TSA agents showing a penchant for harassing the easiest targets, from the elderly, to pregnant women, to the severely handicapped.
